Partnering Ambassadors for Life and Service (PALS) is only possible through the efforts of local volunteers like you who deeply care about others needing help.

PALS is a local Athens, Georgia community outreach program with plans to eventually expand across our nation.

Through Computer Education, GED Certification, job placement and skill application training, adult women face the future with fresh hope.

In partnership with the Athens Housing Authority in Athens, Georgia, PALS teachers, mentors, and life-skills counselors are transforming even more lives by offering the PALS creative Christian-based curriculum to those seeking freedom from poverty, dependancy, and abuse.

  • Life-skill Mentoring
  • Personal Devotional Opportunities


Thank you for your interest in becoming a PALS program Class Leader or Mentor. Mentors to GED preparation students are needed to help tutor students in language arts and mathematics. Computer skills program needs mentors to help the students learn and practice basic computer skills using such programs as MS Word and Excel, as well as basic email and internet programs.
